1st Community Federal Credit Union is an active member of the MBA. Their recent project helping with the MBA is the organization of the Mattawan Golf Outing, this outing will raise funds for the Mattawan Community Food Bank.

First Community Federal Credit Union is a member-owned not-for-profit corporation that has been serving Southwest Michigan for over 70 years. Currently we have 12 branches serving southwest Michigan and the Detroit area. The Credit Union currently has over 50,000 members with assets exceeding 300 million dollars. The Mattawan Branch was added in 2007 and has been growing ever since. In 2008 the Credit Union started a valuable program to recognize members according to their relationship with the Credit Union. The Member Advantage Program was rolled out and continues to benefit members by offering free products and services that would normally have a cost associated with them such as check printing, official checks and money orders.
